Boycott Armenia Fund
The November 26, 2013 episode of The Truth Must Be Told TV presented the following: impressions and fragments from "Stop Armenian Corruption" Town Hall Meeting (Glendale Public Library, November 23, 2013); Ara K. Manoogian's presentation about "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund; highlights from Zaruhi Postanjyan's address; highlights from Zaven Kalaijian's presentation about "Corruption in Armenia," a report by the Policy Forum Armenia. The show also played the candid audio and video footage of Ara Manoogian's attempted arrest based on the false report of Robert Avetisyan, Artsakh Representative in the U.S., that he received threats from the U.S. human rights activist. Alexandre Varpetian was guest of the show. He spoke about the upcoming launch of his book about the October 27, 1999 parliament shooting in Armenia.

I am not surprised of the use of non-profits to funnel illegal tax receipts to donators. Every ethnic group diaspora have done a form of this. You name them, the Greeks, the Jews, Italians.....you name them. Eventually the tax authorities catch up to these schemes and expose the fraud and this corrupt process is closed down.
You need to file complaints with the IRS and your congressmen and senators.
Now, to claim that President Sargsyan is self proclaimed, and not elected or even recognized as a legitimate President of the Republic is a disservice to your cause.
When I hear in this interview reference to Raffi, I assume you refer to Raffi Hovanessian. Some of the people you mentioned behind the super structure include Hrair Hovnanian, of the Armenian Assembly of America, which is believe is essentially a pawn of the US State Department and the CIA, an organization that Raffi is involved with and gets support from along with Mr. Van Z. Krikorian.
Armenian politics are very complex, but corruption is simple.
Take apart the All Armenia fund through legal challenges in the US and IRS, FIle formal complaints with the IRS and hopefully their investigations of the alleged fraud claims you make will be dealt with.
This is the only way to fight corruption through the organizations that corruption is promulgated. Obviously there are many such organizations that can be challenged on legal grounds.
When fighting the Oligarchs all you have to do is remember what happened to Al Capone. They got him on tax evasion not corruption or gangsterism.
Since Armenia is a country of laws, then laws have to be enforced and corrupt officials who do not enforce the laws should be challenged in court to expose their illegal activities. Its an expensive and long process, but will work over time, even if you have to appeal to the European Courts.... the last thing that any Government would want is to be challenged in Court every day and take to the European Court.
I am trying to do this myself to stop illegal and corrupted decisions coming out from the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources caused by corrupted bureaucrat, the Head of the Concession Agency, Mr. Koryun Agobyan, to stop illegal mining and respect the laws of Armenia and promote environmental justice and sustainable development in the mining industry in Armenia,
